Austria & Denmark Under 19s too hot to handle for Malta!
Austria & Denmark Under 19s came out victorious in the clash for the UEFA Under 19 Championships against Malta in Group 12.
Maltese youngsters led by Branko Nisevic lost the game 3-0 in Austria in their first match on the 5th October 2011 at the Ertl Glas – Amstetten as the tough opposition scored their goals in the 22′ Krenn, 70′ Spiridnoovic, 73′ Ritzmaier.

In the second match against the talented Denmark, Malta lost 4-0 with Andreas Cornelius scoring a double 31′, 40′, Viktor Fischer 14′, Nicolai Brock-Madsen 75′ for the Danes.

Malta U21 lost the battle against Slovenia in a 1-4 at the Hibs Stadium.
Slovenians with 10 men overcame the Maltese fortress in the Uefa U21 Qualifiers Group 2 match.
The talented Slovenians had the best with more than 45mins with 10 men to win the battle scoring 4 times in 90 mins with the Maltese youngsters pulling one back thanks to their Jolly Zach Muscat.  After 2 positive performances on away soil the Maltese starlets had a disspointing match in the first home game infront of their supporters.
