Losing… Losing & Losing, we just can’t get rid of this word written on all newspapers, websites and on the tip of people’s  tongues after they see Malta playing in any sector. From the youths to the senior squad. Have we had enough of this? What is being done?

With the U17s Elite Uefa Tournament at the door step, the Maltese U17s boys are keen to perform at their possible best after surprisingly qualified to participate in the Uefa U17s Elite Tournament against all odds.

Malta was granted to participate in the Uefa Elite Tournament that the Final will be held in Vaduz, Liechtenstein as the third best from the overall groups. A historic result of 2-1 against Netherlands and a draw against Andorra opened the door for the Maltese Starlets. With only one player playing abroad Bjorn Kristensen who plays in the Silkeborg IF Academy in Denmark the Maltese boys will find it tough to coup in Group 7 alongside England, Sweden and Slovakia against players on the verge to sign their first professional contract with the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool & Arsenal… [Read full article]

After watching the great reality called ‘Football’s Next Star’, I asked myself is that a Football Reality that really can change a youth player career? I guess it’s a big YES! The 10 selected player’s have been exposed on a big TV name and I’m sure that if not all but half of them have earned them a trial or a deal with some Top U.K clubs.

Haven’t been blogging lately and I’ll miss it. But I’m back to blog again! First of all Congratulations to the Under 17s recent achievements as they have made history and qualified for the next phase of the UEFA U17 Tournament. But now let’s just concentrate for more improvement to come for our young lads.
